Starting at the back edge, use a hot glue gun to adhere the material to the existing material. Start in the middle, then work your way to the edges, ensuring a portion of a side by then alternate to the other side of the middle. Work back and forth.
Turn the portion of the chair forward. If you are using batting, pull the batting on the lip and fix it first. From there, pull the material firmly and glue it down safely. Continue gluing the left and right sides. To make clean corners, diagonal cut through point. Cole either side down first, then pulling firmly guide glue it down. Repeat the process reupholstering chairs until all the portions you want covered is done. Trim any excess material.
